High quality rotor coating
In dry, oil-free screw compressors, the rotors are not sealed by an oil film, but by submicron gaps between the screws. At the same time, the smallest dust particles that penetrate through the most advanced filter play the role of a real abrasive, wearing out the surface of the rotors, increasing the clearances and leading to a decrease in compressor performance by 10% over several years. The Nirvana-OF package is designed to maximize customer satisfaction. Working temperature up to +46 ° С avoids possible stops in summer heat or with uncleaned refrigerators.
