Digital control system

Compressor capacity is controlled by an Xe controller and a stepper motor. This reduces the number of load / unload and start / stop cycles. SSR can maintain pressure in the shop air network, reducing its performance without shutting down or stopping.

Operation at high ambient temperatures

The SSR works well at ambient temperatures up to + 46 ° C. This means there are no stoppages in summer heat or with uncleaned refrigerators.

Excellent screw block

The heart of the SSR is the time-tested one-piece design of the helical block-gearbox-electric motor. This bundle never requires alignment or any maintenance. Double thrust roller bearings last over 70,000 hours. The special patented bearing oil pocket always contains the bearings in an oil bath, preventing dry friction.

Developed specifically for screw compressors, the ULTRACULANT synthetic cutting fluid reduces maintenance costs with a whopping service interval of 8000 operating hours or 2 years. Do not forget that in screw compressors, together with the oil, the separator element is replaced - the most expensive of the consumables. You will need 4 times fewer separator elements to service an SSR than a compressor with mineral oil.
